Onboarding & Visioning Call

• An onboarding session to get to know each other and begin this relationship. We explore your vision for your wedding day, your priorities, and how you want it to feel. This call also helps you gain clarity on your planning process so you can move forward with confidence and intention.

Timeline Creation

• Building a timeline can feel overwhelming. While your photographer may be able to assist, they don’t have your whole day and all the moving parts in mind. Once I have all the details and understand how you’d like your day to feel, I create a custom wedding day timeline designed to flow effortlessly for you and your guests. Your wedding, your way.

Resource Library

• Access to exclusively curated tools and guidance so you never feel alone throughout planning.

Site Visit & Floorplan

• We’ll visit your property/venue together, design a layout / floorplan, and ensure the day’s logistics are thoughtfully considered.

6-Week Call

• A dedicated call to review your progress, refine your timeline, and align on next steps.

Vendor Confirmation

• I will confirm each of your vendors leading up to the wedding date, and supply the finalised timeline to them.

1–2 Week Call

• A final coordination call before your wedding, ensuring you can let go of anything on your mind and hand it all over. I will then create my own version of the run sheet which I will share with my team

On the Day Coordination (Up to 8 Hours On - Site)

• I manage vendors, setup, timeline, and logistics so you can be fully present. I also troubleshoot any challenges with discretion.

Assistant Included

• An additional professional to support your day, ensuring everything flows smoothly.

$2500

A 20% retainer is required to secure your date and begin the coordination process.

Travel within the Gold Coast is included. For weddings beyond a 50 km radius, travel fees will be calculated at the time of enquiry.
