If you’re planning your wedding in South East QLD and want to be present on your day, this is made for you. I’ll take care of the timeline, vendors, and every moving piece — ensuring your day flows seamlessly and feels effortlessly joyful.What this includes:
Approx 5 weeks before
Timeline Review You’ll email me your finalised timeline and I’ll provide any feedback / tweaks before you pass this onto your vendors. This is to assist your day in flowing beautifully with the opportunity to make any tweaks before they turn into challenges on the day.
The Week Of
Final Details Call (1 hour) : We go over all the details together with a fine tooth comb
Vendor Communication: I’ll pass on my contact number to all suppliers so they can contact me on the morning of the wedding rather than hassling you.
Check-ins & Support: Unlimited email guidance to answer questions or help with last-minute tweaks.
The Big Day
Vendor Point of Contact:
I will be available for your vendors to contact for the entire morningOn-Site Coordination: I’m there to ensure everything runs smoothly, greeting your vendors and including DIY styling set up if pre-arranged
Ceremony Flow: Oversee the ceremony, guide the bridal party, coordinate with celebrant and musician, and ensure the timeline is effortless.
Reception: I am there to ensure the reception begins seamlessly. We can chat about how long you’d like me to stay.
Problem-Solving: Handle any surprises with calm and discretion.

Note: Travel Fee applies for Sunshine Coast or Rural locations.

Note: May be travel fees outside of CBD’s. DIY Styling does not include hire or sourcing of items. Heavy furniture, electricals or ceiling installations are not included in setup. Items must already be constructed and ready to put in place. We do not construct furniture, stands or flower displays. We do not light candles or set up food or alcohol.
