Behind the scenes, I’ll:
Liaise with all your vendors and make sure everyone knows where to be and when.
Oversee setup and styling to ensure everything aligns with your vision.
Keep the timeline flowing — from the moment you get ready to your first dance.
Guide the bridal party and family members so they feel supported and confident.
Troubleshoot any hiccups quietly before you even know they happened.
I’m there as your calm presence, your organiser, and your biggest supporter — so you can truly be present, soak it all in, and enjoy the day you’ve worked so hard to create.

That’s such a great question and one I hear often. Your venue manager is there to oversee everything related to the venue — the food, bar, setup of their space, staff and safety.
I step in to take care of everything else — the people, the flow, the timing, the details.From communicating with your florist and photographer, to cueing music for your aisle walk, to ensuring the styling details are ready for your entrance to the reception — I hold all those small (but important) pieces together so the day runs seamlessly.
Think of your venue manager and I as a dream team — we each have our lane, and together we make sure you don’t have to lift a finger. 🤍

Not quite. Your stylist focuses on the look and feel of your day — they create the aesthetic and often leave once setup is complete.
Your planner (if you have one) helps design and organise the big picture in the lead-up (and may offer Day Coordination also).As your Day-Of Coordinator, I step in to bring it all together on the day. I’m your point person from morning to night — managing vendors, troubleshooting, guiding your bridal party, and ensuring every moment flows as beautifully as you imagined.
