I offer three coordination packages depending on the level support you’d like in the lead-up and on your wedding day.

PACKAGE 1

ON THE DAY COORDINATION

ESSENTIAL ON THE DAY SUPPORT

For couples who have planned their wedding themselves, but want an experienced coordinator to step in at the final stage and manage the wedding day from behind the scenes.
- Managing your wedding day timeline 
and schedule progression
- Coordinating all vendors on arrival, 
setup, and timing throughout the day
- Overseeing ceremony and reception setup to ensure everything is set up as planned
- Acting as the main point of contact for 
all suppliers throughout the day
- Handling any unexpected issues 
quickly and discreetly
- Keeping the day calm, organised, 
and running smoothly behind the scenes
- Ensuring your ceremony and key 
moments are delivered as planned

  • Vendor & Wedding Detail Questionnaires
  • 1-hour handover call 
(1–2 weeks prior to your wedding)
  • Final vendor confirmation and communication
  • Up to 8 hours onsite coordination
  • Placement of Key Styling Items
    (welcome signs, guestbook, wishing well, ceremony chairs etc.)
  • Wedding coordinator emergency kit on the day
  • Booking secured with a 20% deposit

PRE WEDDING SUPPORT
& COORDINATION

WITH AUDIO GUESTBOOK INCLUDED

This package is designed so you can be fully present on your wedding day, with coordination support in the lead-up, guidance while you craft your timeline and the priceless bonus of heartfelt audio recordings from your guests to enjoy after your day.

Before we dive into the practical details, we'll take the time to connect, explore your vision and discuss what truly matters to you both. This allows me to provide personalised guidance, support and recommendations. We'll get to know each other so you can feel confident and at ease. 
  • Unlimited Email Communication 
Ongoing email access for coordination questions, a sounding board, and support as your wedding plans come together.
  • Timeline Review Call 
A dedicated call to review your timeline and provide professional coordination feedback to ensure the logistics are realistic, well-paced, and aligned with your vision.
  • Bonus Audio Guestbook Hire Included  
A thoughtful addition to your wedding day, allowing guests to leave voice messages, stories, and moments throughout cocktail hour, creating a personal keepsake you can listen back to long after the celebration.

THE HELD EXPERIENCE

PARTIAL PLANNING &

WEDDING COORDINATION

Includes 6 X 1 hour planning support calls, unlimited email communication, an in-person venue site visit,  full timeline development, vendor communication, and on-the-day wedding coordination.

Designed for couples who want to plan their wedding but would like a professional to support them through the process. This package removes the pressure of sourcing vendors and planning it all yourself. I manage logistics so you can stay clear, grounded, and present in the experience.
This is a fully supported coordination experience covering both the logistical and emotional complexity of planning a wedding. From timelines and suppliers through to decision support and preparation, everything is structured so you are not carrying it alone.

Travel fees may apply for venues outside of Gold Coast.
