  • Ongoing email support throughout your planning journey
  • A personalised wedding day timeline and coordinator's run sheet
  • Liaising with your venue and suppliers to confirm logistics and final details
  • Final vendor confirmations and timeline distribution one month prior
  • Venue walkthrough (where required)
  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination
  • Styling and layout feedback (where required)
  • Final Handover Meeting to ensure all details are included in my final run sheet
From the moment you wake up, I'm holding the logistics so you can be fully present. 
This includes:
  • Overseeing vendor arrivals, setup and ensuring everything is running to plan
  • Managing the timeline and keeping the day flowing seamlessly
  • Coordinating key moments throughout the day, including your ceremony, entrances, speeches and first dance
  • Guiding guests and managing transitions between each part of the celebration
  • Overseeing ceremony and reception setup to ensure everything reflects your vision
  • Providing practical support to you and your wedding party whenever needed
  • Quietly resolving any unexpected issues behind the scenes
  • Coordinating room resets or space transitions where required
  • Ensuring personal items, gifts and keepsakes are safely looked after before coordination concludes
